Amsterdam  LG10 assisted in the wind-down and exit of a multinational software company's Dutch operations. The software company parent, operating in the Knowledge Management (KM) enterprise software market space, was sold to a subsidiary of a major German media conglomerate.

LG10 assisted the US-based parent company in the navigation of legal and financial issues related to the wind down of Dutch operations, and served as first-line support in the administration and settlement of post-wind down activities.
