LG10 Develops Software Firms's Growth Strategy
Amsterdam, August 2002 LG10 has been engaged to produce a pan-European growth strategy for a Benelux-based firm in the search engine industry. With a brief to rework the firm's business model and sales strategy to maximize market penetration and revenues, LG10 is preparing a new business, sales and communication plan addressing reseller channel creation and management.
LG10 is further assisting its client through a value chain repositioning of products and services within the search engine market segment, as well as a pricing review of its product and service mix for different European markets.
